Both assignments are required. The same person may fill both when the account has both command permissions.
Any active account may be granted access. Capabilities still control what that account can do inside the environment.
Radios may belong to several environments. Each radio has one home environment and an environment-specific talk group.
A power bank belongs to one environment at a time.
Add the divisions working this environment and choose the talk group an emergency temporary radio should join first. Removing a division cancels its unused QR cards; active temporary radios must be retired first.
Field recovery only. Each printed QR is a pre-authorized, single-use physical key. Scanning it may replace the phone's current enrollment immediately with a clearly marked temporary callsign in this environment.
The QR secret is stored only as a hash. Newly generated cards can be printed once from this screen; later the server can show status or cancel them, but cannot reconstruct the QR.
No emergency QR cards have been created for this environment.
